Support

Preparatory School Office Coordinator

Permanent part-time position – 37.5 hours per week, 42 weeks per year aligning with School term times.

A great opportunity is available for an experienced Office Coordinator to provide high level administrative support to the Head of Preparatory School (Primary School) and coordinate the work of the Preparatory School Office staff, activities, systems and events at Westminster School.

You’ll have previous experience supporting a senior manager, coordinating the work and leading a small team in a busy office. Excellent administrative and time management skills, advanced proficiency in using technology, and a confident, professional manner to interact with people of all ages will ensure you’ll be a great fit for this role.

You’ll need a current Working with Children Check for this role, and a Business related qualification along with a Provide First Aid Certificate is desirable but not essential.

If you are approachable and personable in nature, present with a mature attitude and demonstrate the ability to relate to children and families with patience, compassion and a warm and friendly disposition we encourage you to apply.
