There are many pathways at Westminster for students to achieve more than they thought possible.

Whether in academics, the arts, or sport, the personal attributes of each student are developed in preparation for life beyond school. Students are also encouraged to embrace the Westminster values of resilience, courage, curiosity, kindness and inclusivity while building their own self-esteem and confidence through our wellbeing programs.

We offer small class sizes, over 40 subjects in Year 12 and many sports and activities to satisfy a wide range of co-curricular interests. Academic choices include all STEAM subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English & Humanities, Information Technology, Engineering, Design and Architecture, as well as Agriculture (at our on-campus farm), VET/Tech, Inclusion and Enrichment, German, Mandarin Chinese, and Japanese languages, business subjects, the Arts, Sport and Outdoor Education. The Arts consist of Visual Arts and Performing Arts. Visual Arts include Art Practical and Theory, Photography, Fashion, Textiles, Graphic Design, and specific art tours. Performing Arts comprise Music, Drama, and Dance within a vibrant hub built around a 1000 seat theatre. Exploring the arts further, we have compulsory and elective subjects complemented by a huge choice of co-curricular activities, tours, exhibitions, and performances. Providing students with a comprehensive range and impressive depth of learning opportunities, encourages them to make the most of their personal journey through school.

We have 140 sporting teams and a positive culture to support sport participation, as well as a strong history of achievement in Outdoor Education and the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Program, both of which underpin the core of our camps, treks, and expeditions.
