Sports and Swimming Centre

Our Sports and Swimming Centre features a 10-lane, 25-metre, indoor, heated swimming pool as well as a second learners’ pool. The main pool can be hired by external sporting groups or individuals.

The indoor stadium boasts two basketball or netball courts, three volleyball courts, or eight badminton courts. It also features a large viewing area above the courts. All courts are available for external hire.

The Centre also has an aerobic training room with spin bikes, a climbing wall, change rooms, offices, and our dance studio.

Westminster appreciates the assistance of Australian Government (Department of Education) through the Local Schools Community Fund (2019) to allow Big Ass Fans to be installed in the School’s Sports and Swimming Centre. These fans have greatly improved the air flow and amenity of the centre in hot weather for School users and external parties, such as other local schools and community sporting groups.
